1. The customer orders CertifiChecks Gift Certificate from the web page. The CertifiChecks site is designed to provide shoppers with two easy ways to find a CertifiChecks' merchant. First, you can go to our search page and enter a search by name, category, or location. Second, you can browse by location to find the CertifiChecks merchants in your area or your recipient’s area.

2. The CertifiChecks Gift Certificate is mailed. You can have the CertifiChecks Gift Certificate mailed to yourself, or you can have them shipped directly to someone else as a gift. Each CertifiChecks Gift Certificate will be placed in a gift envelope and will have a personalized message of your choice included.

3. The CertifiChecks Gift Certificate is redeemed at your retail location. Take the CertifiChecks Gift Certificate to the merchant and use it to purchase goods or services. Nothing could be easier!

C-Cards are just as easy to order and use as CertifiChecks. Simply go to the CertifiChecks site and click on the C-Card button. Look under the "Purchase A C-Card" title. After ordering your C-Card, you proceed through the checkout process. It’s as easy as that! To order now CLICK HERE.

To redeem a C-Card, add items to your shopping cart, and then click on the "Redeem a CertifiCard" button.

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. CertifiChecks only accepts credit cards that are issued by a U.S. bank, and have a billing address in the U.S.

Orders over $3,000.00 require non credit card payment terms.

Yes, we offer rush delivery to most destinations in the United States. The availability of second day and next day delivery is based on the destination zip code. Availability and pricing will be calculated during the shipping selection process.

Note: Orders must be received before 3:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) to be shipped on the same day.

CertifiChecks will only ship to U.S. addresses and APO/FPO addresses. For US addresses, UPS shipments will not be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Yes, we do deliver to APO/FPO addresses. All orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be delivered by the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders can be shipped by First-Class mail, or Priority mail. The cost for First-Class delivery is $4.95. Cost for Priority delivery is calculated based on the weight of the order and the destination. Any order weighing more than 13 oz. must be shipped by Priority mail.

The shipping and processing fee for all orders is calculated based on the delivery method selected, the weight of the order, and the destination zip code.

• Please allow 7-10 days for delivery of USPS orders.

• USPS orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday, and are not delivered on Sundays.

• UPS Second Day UPS Next Day UPS Orders must be received by 3:00 PM ET. Orders received after this time will be shipped on the next shipping day.

• UPS orders will not be shipped or delivered on Saturday or Sunday.

• UPS orders will arrive at commercial addresses by 5:00 PM and at residential addresses by 8:00 PM.

• UPS orders will not be delivered to P.O. boxes.

• UPS will not leave a package at an apartment. Exceptions may apply. Call for details.

Prices for these options will be calculated based on the destination.

No, each order can have only one shipping address. However, by creating a customer account when you checkout, your billing information will be stored for future use. The next time you checkout, your information will be recalled from your account so you don't have to type it in.
